薯仔蛋餅 - Potato and Egg Cake

材料:
1 個薯仔 1/4 個洋荵
10 隻蛋
調味料:
1/2 茶匙鹽
做法:
1. 將徉荵洗淨,切碎,在少去熱油炒至軟;薯仔洗淨,在熱水中煲至熟,去皮,用叉壓平
2. 將蛋加入調味料,拂勻;燒熱平底鑊,加入少許油,倒入1/2蛋液炒至熟,加入洋荵碎及薯仔拌勻、加入餘下的蛋汁,煎至熟透
Ingredient:

10 pcs of Egg
Seasoning:
1/2 tsp Salt
Cooking Method:
1. Rise Onions and cut into small bits, fry in oil until soft; rinse

1/2 kutsaritang asin
Paraan ng pagluluto:
1. Hugasan ang sibuyas at ihiwa ng maliliit na piraso, iprito sa
kaunting mantika hanggang malamnbot; hugasan ang patatas, iluto sa
kumukulong tubig at alisin ang balat, ipiin gumamit ng tinidor
2. Ihalo ang itlog sa kuanting asin, Initin ang Pan, iprito ang
kalahating parte ng itlog hanggang maluto, ihalo ang patatas at
sibuyas, sa huli ihalo ang nakatirang itlog. Iprito ito hanggang
maluto. Ihain.
Bahan:
1 buah Kentang 1/4 buah Bawang Bombai
10 buah telur
Bumbu-Bumbu:
1/2 sdt Garam
Cara Memasak:
1. Cuci Bawang bombi dan potong kotak, goreng dengan sedikit minyak hingga layu. Angkat dan sisihkan
2. Cuci kentang, masak dalam medidih air, kupas dan hancurkan dengan garpu.
3. Kocok telur dan masukkan garam. Panaskan wajan datar dan masukkan
sedikit minyka. goreng adonan telur, masukkan bawang bombai dan kentang
aduk rata masak hingga telur matang. Disajikan
