材料:
4 個蛋白 15 克椰菜絲
15 克即食火腿  


做法:
1. 再熱水灼椰菜絲至軟身,撈氣,吸乾水份
2. 將蛋白加入少許鹽及胡椒粉拂勻
3. 在鑊中燒熱少許油,倒入蛋白,加入椰菜絲及火腿,煎邊拌炒熟,將蛋餅弄成奄列,可加茄汁伴食


Ingredient:
4 pcs of egg white  15 g of shredded cabbage 
15 g of shredded ham  


Cooking Method:
1. Boil the shredded cabbage until soft, drain and absorb water 
2. Add some salt and pepper with egg white and mix well 
3. Heat some oil in wok, add in egg white, add in shredded cabbage and ham, fry the egg white until done and roll it into omellete, serve with ketchup


Mga Sangkap:
4 pirasong putih ng itlog  15 gramong ginayat na repolyo 
15 gramong ginayat na hamon  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
1. Iluto ang repolyo sa tubig hanggang malambot, patitikin at patuyuin 
2. Lagyan ng kaunting asin at paminta at puti ng itlog, ihalo maigi. 
3. Magpainit ng kaunting mantika, ibuhos ang puti ng itlog, isunod ang repolyo at hamon Iprito ang puti ng itlog hanggang maluto, Irolyo para maging omelet, ihain kasama ng catsup.


Bahan:
4 putih telur  15 gr kubis, iris tipis 
15 gr ham, iris tipis  


Cara Memasak:
1. Rendam kubis dalam air mendidih hingga lembut. Tiriskan dan peras airnya 
2. Kocok putih telur dan campuran sedikit garam dan lada 
3. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tuang putih telur, masukkan kubis dan ham. Goreng putih telru hingga matang. Gulung seperti omelet dan disajikan dengan catsup
