微波爐式蒸肉餅 - Steamed Pork in Microwave

材料:
150 克碎豬肉 1 隻咸蛋
調味料:
1 湯匙鹽 1 湯匙糖
1 湯匙生抽 1 湯匙生粉
1 湯匙油 1 湯匙胡椒粉
做法:
1. 將碎豬肉放在微波爐碟上,再加入調味料拌勻,捕上切片的咸蛋
2. 蓋上微波爐保鮮紙,以650中火 微波烹調4分鐘。即成
Ingredient:
150 grams of minced pork 1 pc of salted egg
Seasoning:
1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp of oil 1 tbsp of pepper
Cooking Method:
1. Put minced pork on plate and mix in with seasonings, place sliced salted egg on top
2. Cover up with microwave wrap and cook for 4 minutes in 650 heat. Serve
Mga Sangkap:
150 gramong tinadtad na karneng baboy 1 pirasong maalat na itlog
Panimpla:
1 kutsarang asin 1 kutsarang asukal
1 kutsarang toyo 1 kutsarang arinang mais
1 kutsarang mantika 1 kutsarang paminta
Paraan ng pagluluto:
1. Ilagay ang tinadtad na baboy sa plato, ihalo maigi kasama ng mga
panimpla. Ilagay ang hiniwang maalat na itlog sa ibabaw
2. Takpan ng Microwave na wrap at iluto ng 4 minuto sa 650oC. at ihain.
Bahan:
150 gr daging babi cincang 1 buah bergaram telur (ham dan)
Bumbu-Bumbu:
1 sdm garam 1 sdm gula
1 sdm kecap asin 1 sdm tepung jagung
1 sdm minyak 1 sdm lada
Cara Memasak:
1. Menaruh cincang daging babi atas piring, aduk rata semua bumbui. Menaruh potong potong bergaram telur.
2. Perlingdungan dengan bungkus Microwave, masakan selama 4 menit dengan 650oC dan disajikan
