豆腐蒸帶子 - Steam Tofu with Scallops

材料:
1 盒蒸豆腐 4 隻帶子
少許XO醬
調味料:
1 湯匙醬油
做法:
1. 將帶子洗淨,切1/2。蒸豆腐切4件,放於微波爐器皿上、帶子及XO醬,加蓋,用900W烹調2.5分鐘,即可享用。

1 pack steamed tofu 4 pcs scallops
Some XO sauce
Seasoning:
Some soy sauce
Cooking Method:
1. Rinse scallops and cut into half. Cut tofu in 4 pieces. Plate on
microwavable container. Add scallops and XO sauce on tofu. Cover and
cook under 900W power for 2.5 minutes. Serve with soy sauce.

1 paketeng tahu 4 pirasong scallop
kaunting sarsa na XO

Paraan ng pagluluto:
1. Hugasan ang scallop at ihiwa ng kalahati. Ihiwa ang tahu ng 4 na
piraso. Ilagay ito sa microwave na lalagyan at ihalo ang scallops at
sarsa na XO. Takpan at iluto sa 900W na apoy ng 2.5 minuto at ihain
kasama ng toyo
Bahan:

Sedikit Saus XO
Bumbu-Bumbu:
Sedikit kecap asin
Cara Memasak:
1. Cuci Kerang dan potong potong 1/2, potong potong tahu. Menaruh tahu
dan microwave wadah dan masukkan kerang dan saus XO. Tindakan
menutup-nutupi dan masakkan 900W dengan 2.5 menit. Disajikan dengan
kecap asin
