生菜雞蛋炒米粉 - Fried Vermicelli with Egg and Cabbage                              上一頁               下一頁

材料:
2隻 雞蛋 300克 米粉
2條 蟹柳 100克 生菜
3湯匙 蠔油  


做法:
1. 將生菜洗淨、切絲;雞蛋打勻;蟹柳撤絲;米粉浸軟,瀝乾水份
2. 燒熱2湯匙油將雞蛋炒至熟,加入米粉、蟹柳、生菜及蠔油炒勻,煮至生菜熟透即可上碟。


Ingredient:
2 pcs of Egg  300 g of Vermicelli
2 pcs of Crab Sticks  100 g Cabbage 
3 tbsp of Oyster Sauce  


Cooking Method:
1. Wash cabbage and shred ; beat the eggs ; shred the crab sticks ; soak the vermicelli until soft and drain. 
2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil, fry egg until cook, add in all other ingredients and mix well, cook until cabbage is cooked. Serve Hot


Mga Sangkap:
2 pirasong itlog  300 gramong Bihon 
2 pirasong crab sticks  100 gramong Repolyo 
3 kutsarang Sarsa ng Talaba  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
1. Hugasan at i-shred ang repolyo; batiin ang itlog; i-shred ang crab stick; ibabad ang bihon hanggang malambot at patiktikin. 
2. Iluto ang itlog sa 2 kutsarang mantika, ihalo ang lahat ng mga sangkap, ihalo maigi, iluto hanggang maluto ang repolyo. Ihain.


Bahan:
2 buah telur 300 gr bihun 
2 tongkat kepiting (crab sticks)  100 gr kubis 
3 sdm Saus tiram  


Cara Memasak:
1. Mencuci kubis dan mencarik; kocok telur; mencarik crab sticks, berendam bihon hingga lembut dan tiriskan 
2. Panaskan 2 sdm minyak, campuran semua bahan, aduk rata, mengorreng hingga kubis masak. Disajikan
