涼拌三絲 - Ham & cucumber salad

材料:
5塊 火腿 1/2 個 洋蔥
1條 青瓜
調味料:
1/2茶匙 鹽 1/2茶匙 糖
1湯匙 醋 1 1/2湯匙 麻油
1湯匙 蒜蓉
做法:
1. 將火腿和青瓜切絲;洋蔥在熱水泡軟後切絲
2. 將所有切好的材料加入調味料拌勻,冷藏一會,即可享用
Ingredient:
4 slices of ham 1/2 pcs of onion
1 pc of cucumber
Seasoning:
1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
Cooking Method:
1. Shred ham slices and cucumber. Boil the Onions until soft and shred
2. Drain ingredients until dry and mix well with seasonings. Fridge and serve.
Mga Sangkap:
4 hiwa ng Ham 1/2 pirasong Sibuyas
1 pirasong Pipino
Panimpla:
1/2 kutsaritang asin 1/2 kutsaritang asukal
1 kutsarang suka 1 1/2 kutsarang sesame oil
1 kutsarang tinadtad na bawang
Paraan ng pagluluto:
1. Ihiwa ng manipis-nipis ang ham, pipino at sibuyas, iluto ang hiniwang sibuyas hanggang malambot
2. Patiktikin ang mga sangkap at ihalo kasama ng mga panimpla. Palamigin sandali at ihain.
Bahan:
4 iris tipis Ham 1/2 buah bawang bombai
1 buah Ketimun
Bumbu-Bumbu:
1/2 sdt garam 1/2 sdt gula
1 sdm cuka 1 1/2 sdm minyak wijen
1 sdm bawang cincang
Cara Memasak:
1. Ham, ketimun dan bawang bombai potong iris-tipis, Berendam bawang bombai hingga lembut
2. Tiriskan semua bahan dan campuran semua bumbu-bumbu. Membiarkan itu sejuk di fridge dan disajikan
