材料:
180克 蘆荀 20克 薑茸
調味料:
1/2茶匙 麻油 少許 鹽
少許 沙糖
做法:
1. 將蘆荀今許硬皮,切半,泡油,飛水,放入冰水降溫
2. 將薑茸渣至出汁,將薑汁加入調味料及蘆荀拌勻,即成

Cooking Method:
