四川麻婆豆腐 - Sichuan Sauteed Hot Beancurd

材料:
3/2 件豆腐 2 兩碎豬肉
1 茶匙蒜茸 1/2 湯匙四川麻辣醬
調味料:
1/2 茶匙糖 1/2 茶匙老抽
1/2 茶匙辣椒油 麻油少許
醃料:
1 茶匙生抽 生粉少許
做法:
1. 將碎豬肉加醃料略醃,豆腐索乾水份後切粒待用。
2. 燒熱油,爆香蒜茸,加入肉碎略炒,加入四川麻 辣醬,慢火炒透
3. 再加入豆腐粒及調味料煮勻,盛上碟
Ingredient:
3/2 piece beancurd 80g Minced pork
1 tsp chopped garlic 1/2 tbsp Sichuan chilli sauce
Seasoning:
1/2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp chilli oil A dash of sesame oil
Marinade:
1 tsp light soy sauce Some cornflour
Cooking Method:
1. Marinate minced Pork with marinade, Wipe dry beancurd and cut into dices.
2. Heat some oil & saute chopped garlic. Add in the minced pork
& saute briefly. Add in Sichuan chilli sauce & cook over mild
heat thoroughly.
3. Add in beancurd dices & seasonings. Mix Well and Serve.
Mga Sangkap:
3/2 pirasong Taho 80 gramong giniling na baboy
1 kutsaritang tinadtad na bawang 1/2 kutsarang Sichuan Maanghang na Sarsa
Panimpla:
1/2 kutsaritang asukal 1/2 kutsaritang maitim na toyo
1/2 kutsaritang maanghang na mantika Kaunting Sesame Oil
Pambabad:
1 kutsaritang malabnaw na toyo Kaunting arinang Mais
Paraan ng pagluluto:
1. Ibabad ang giniling na baboy sa pambabad ng sandali, patuyuin ang taho at ihiwa ng maliliit na piraso.
2. Mag-init ng mantika at igisa ang tinadtad na bawang, ihalo ang
giniling na baboy, iluto sandali. Ihalo ang Sichuan Sarsa at iluto ng
ilang minuto sa katamtamang apoy. Ihalo ang taho at panimpla. Ihalo
maigi at Ihain.
Bahan:
3/2 buah Tahu 80 gr Daging Babi Cincang
1 sdt Bawang Putih, cincang 1/2 sdm Sichuan Cabe Saus
Bumbu-Bumbu:
1/2 sdt Gula 1/2 sdt Kecap Asin Hitam
1/2 sdt Cabe Minyak Sedikit Minyak Wijen
Bumbu:
1 sdt kecap asin Sedikit Tepung Jagung
Cara Memasak:
1. Berendam daging babi cincang dengan merinet selama sedikit menit. menghapus kering tahu dan potong potong.
2. Panaskan minyak dan masukkan bawnag putih, lalu daging babi, masak
untuk sedangkan. Campuran Sichuan Cabe Saus dan mengorreng selama panas
sedang.
